"From Frequent Trading to 'Sniper Mode': How I Reduced My Monthly Trades to Single Digits"

Once, I felt restless if I didn't trade a few times a day, only to realize I was working for the exchange. It wasn't until the end of that month, when I saw the fee statement, that I had an epiphany.

My journey to optimize trading frequency:

1. Establish trading thresholds
· Only trade with a profit-loss ratio greater than 3:1
· Requires resonance of at least three different dimensional signals
· Exclude trading opportunities during periods of insufficient liquidity
2. Establish a filtering system
· No new positions opened on Monday (digesting weekend sentiment)
· Do not trade within 2 hours before and after major data releases.
· Only operate during the times when your mental state is at its best.
3. Optimize Decision-Making Process
· Make a trading plan in advance and avoid making impulsive decisions during trading.
· Set conditional orders to let the system execute automatically
· Weekly focused review to avoid emotional trading.

After implementing this method:

· Monthly transaction frequency decreased from 50+ to 5-8 times
· Win rate increased from 35% to 68%
· The average profit per transaction increased by 6 times.
· Finally have time to enjoy life and develop other hobbies

Important insight: Less is more. In this market, patiently waiting often proves to be more profitable than frequent trading. #PI #BTC #ETH #GT #DOGE
