【Coin World】Israeli AI startup Wonderful has just secured $100 million in Series A funding, led by Index Ventures, with participation from Insight Partners, IVP, Bessemer, and Vine Ventures. The company's total funding has now skyrocketed to $134 million.

Wonderful, which emerged only four months ago, specializes in customer service AI agents—capable of handling voice, text, and email, processing tens of thousands of requests daily with a resolution rate of up to 80%. Even more impressive is that it adjusts its strategies based on the cultural and policy environment of different markets, and it has now expanded to several European countries and the UAE.

How to spend this money? Directly entering the markets of Germany, Austria, Northern Europe, and Portugal in 2025. The target for early 2026 is even bolder: the Asia-Pacific region. It seems this company is determined to stake its claim in the global customer service AI arena.
