Somewhere along the way many people decided that the “right to not be offended” is the most sacred right in America when in reality it is no right at all.

There has to be an arbiter of what is “offensive” which is always biased. If you are never challenged you will never grow. This has gained traction bc in corporate America many jobs are bureaucratic and the people working them need something to do bc they actually do not do real work. People need reasons to justify their jobs existence, such as HR departments, so they invent problems that they can solve to seem useful. They use the power they’re given to reinforce the power they have, especially when their position is unnecessary to begin with.

If you’re constantly being “offended” that there are people who do not hold the exact same beliefs as you, you are a pussy and you are spiritually weak. Your life is likely pathetic and meaningless so you use victimhood to give your life meaning.
