#美SEC促进加密资产创新监管框架 After a year-long contract, 1.5 million RMB evaporated from my account. Win rate? 47%. Not even half.

At the beginning of 2024, I fell into this trap just like many newbies. At first, I was lucky—almost every random trade I placed made money, and I got cocky. I increased my position to tens of thousands of USDT, hoping for a big win before quitting—but the black swan event on February 3 instantly wiped me out, and those tens of thousands turned to zero in an instant.

After a period of silence, I climbed back in, this time playing it smart by testing the waters with small positions, occasionally making some recovery. But over the long run, I was still losing. I lost my job, and my family also faced problems. Looking back, I realize I was completely obsessed at the time.

There are never any “perpetual winners” in this market. Those legendary stories you hear are just survivor bias—lucky individuals floating to the surface among countless casualties.

After all the ups and downs, I’ve finally managed to recover some of my losses and regain a normal pace of life. Now, I only trade with spare money, keep my position sizes strictly under control, and my mindset is much calmer. I paid a heavy price for this lesson.

1.5 million... this is the moment when the dream ends. --- I laughed when I saw that win rate, it's not even half and you're still gambling? --- At that black swan moment, I bet he totally broke down. --- That part about family issues really hits home, it's really not worth it. --- The point about survivor bias is spot on, so many people can't see through this. --- Now just playing around with spare money is the right attitude, should've done this a long time ago. --- 1.5 million tuition fee, oh man, that's too heavy a price to pay. --- Trying to make a comeback with a 47% win rate... math doesn't lie. --- Lost the job and still dared to keep going, definitely lost it back then. --- This is the most real story, none of those bragging legends.

1.5 million... This is the true face of contracts. Survivor bias really kills without mercy. That part about having no job and no family really hit home. Playing contracts is as addictive as doing drugs; it's impossible to stop. Now, just playing with spare money is the right way, but unfortunately, many people can't afford this tuition.

1.5 million gone, still trying to comfort yourself with a 47% win rate. I glanced at my account... feeling a bit scared now. I was there on the black swan day too. Luckily, I didn't use leverage, otherwise, I'd be out in the cold now. This market really is a gambler’s factory, seriously. Losing your job and having family issues, that's probably the scariest part. You can always earn money again, but what do you do if your life gets derailed? At least you've come to your senses—you're already ahead of most people.

1.5 million, bro, you must have nerves of steel to hold on until now. Respect. --- 47% win rate and you still dare to continue? That's just ridiculous, I would have bailed long ago. --- That black swan event was brutal, but the fact that you survived and came back already puts you ahead of most people. --- Lost your job, your family fell apart, and you’re still talking about staying calm? Bro, are you enlightened or just numb? --- To be honest, 99% of people in this market are just here to give away money. --- I've heard "just playing with spare money" a hundred times, and the result is always the same. --- Are there still people who believe in the "always-winning general" story? Time to wake up. --- You did the right thing by keeping your position size tightly controlled, but unfortunately, most people realize this when it's already too late. --- Just one question: after losing this 1.5 million, do you still dare to go all in? --- You nailed it on survivor bias—really cuts to the core.

1.5 million... This is exactly why I say you shouldn't go all in. You're still daring to increase your bet with a 47% win rate?

1.5 million for a lesson, that's cheap... But judging by your current mindset, you really have learned something. Most people don't have this awareness; they're still dreaming.
