Many people think that risk comes from market volatility, but the real danger often hides in missing information.

When Stream Finance collapsed on November 3rd, $93 million vanished, and another $160 million was frozen. xUSD fell from $1 to five cents. What the public saw was a platform claiming to be market-neutral and strategy-driven, but internally it was a layered leverage loop. Even scarier, its proof of reserves was always “coming soon.”

Everyone handed over their money for an 18% yield, trusting a promise that asset proof would come later. In the end, when the system collapsed, it dragged $280 million from other protocols down with it, because everyone treated xUSD as verifiable collateral.

@alturax’s team comes from large institutions like PwC, Fidelity, and AllianceBernstein. It’s not that they couldn’t see these risks—they were forced by repeated chaos to ask: If we can be more transparent and safer, why does the industry keep falling into the same traps?

Altura’s goal is to rewrite the relationship between risk control and yield, with a fully on-chain, verifiable strategy system that lets investors rely on auditable facts instead of promises.

This is a team truly bringing professional strategies on-chain. Using battle-tested hedging, arbitrage, funding rate, and structured liquidity strategies, Altura generates yield from math, not hype.

Altura exists because we can’t rely on “coming soon” anymore.
