Well said, the hardest part is really the mindset. I used to stare at the charts until my eyes hurt, only to lose it all on a single rebound. Now I try not to look at the candlesticks anymore, and I actually feel much better.

That may sound a bit harsh, but that's the reality. 99% of people who can't hold onto their positions have mindset issues; technical skills are actually secondary.
