Just watched a very inspiring video by Sei Labs Co-founder @jayendra_jog.
Jay shared his story of leaving Robinhood and entering the crypto world, which is a classic case of going from being a "frog in warm water" to "making a comeback as an entrepreneur."
Back then at Robinhood, he would work until 3 a.m., and the endless system settlements made him feel like an empty shell. Suddenly, a voice popped up in his head: "Am I going to spend my whole life cleaning up other people's messes?"
So he made a decision:
To step out of the system and do what he really wanted.
Jay didn’t bet on the crypto hype—he bet on "the direction of people's hearts," because everyone is chasing freedom. He and his team founded @SeiNetwork during the worst of the market.
After facing dozens of rejections, they persevered and eventually raised $35 million, building a chain truly optimized for trading, speed, and liquidity.
The most impressive thing he said was: "Some paths are not made by walking—they’re places where, if you don’t move forward, you’ll die standing still."
If you don’t want to be killed by comfort, maybe you should ask yourself: Is your current life one you want to keep living forever?

If not, then have the courage to take the leap.
