Bitcoin breaks through the 88638 level with volume and closes above it for a long position; just set a stop loss if needed.
If it drops below 88358 with volume and cannot recover, go short; set a stop loss and watch for volume changes, just manage your stops.
At 87256, a false breakdown occurs, and a long position is closed; if the low point of the false breakdown or a break below 86350 occurs, do not hold if it cannot recover.

Bitcoin on the hourly chart breaks and stabilizes above 89038, aiming for 89562-90375; if it stays above 89038, it’s ready to take off.
For shorting Bitcoin, note that at 90375, a 2B false breakout occurs—short one position; if it breaks and stabilizes above 91430, set a stop loss.
Conservative traders: go long at 85571, with a stop loss if it drops below 84401.
After breaking out of the bearish flag pattern, Bitcoin attempted to break through the 89079 resistance but was unsuccessful. It pulled back to test the 88020 support, which confirmed support remains valid, and continued to rebound. A potential W bottom pattern has appeared, with the neckline at the 89079 resistance. Only a breakout of the W bottom confirms the pattern and can trigger a second rally. Bitcoin should not fall back into the flag pattern during a correction; if it does, it will likely break below and retest the 86629 support.
Currently facing a problem: the rebounds indicated by the yellow arrow above are getting lower each time. If this rebound cannot break through the yellow arrow’s position to create a higher high, then a retracement to the 86629 support will likely break. Unless Bitcoin doesn’t retest 86629, any retest will break it because this support has been tested multiple times, each rebound lower than the previous. Since higher highs are not forming, a lower low might be coming!
