2025 is coming to an end, and I want to write down what I have truly learned this year.

The biggest takeaway? Actually, it's four words: doing nothing at all.

It sounds harsh, but this is precisely the most correct move I made this year. Why do I say that—less action means fewer mistakes. Fewer mistakes mean the account can last longer. The longer it lasts, the more chances there are to see real opportunities.

Many people think trading requires frequent operations, but 2025 has taught me that sometimes restraint itself is the greatest wisdom. Giving up short-term temptations in exchange for long-term stability—this kind of trading almost never results in loss.

Writing down these internalized lessons is both a form of self-cultivation and a hope to inspire everyone.

To be honest, this sounds good, but few actually do it.

Haha, this is exactly how I’ve been this year. Going all in and then going broke, only to lie flat and free ride, and as a result, my account has lasted the longest. The secret to quietly making a fortune is to do nothing; let the project team harvest the leeks themselves. Really, the more you tinker, the more it becomes the fate of the electricity bill party. It’s better to just wait for the pancake airdrop.

That's true, but how many people can really do nothing at all? I, for one, always lose because of frequent operations.

Really, the biggest money-making secret this year is to do nothing. It cracks me up. Holding your hand still really makes money. I need to think about this carefully. No way, can restraint also become a trading philosophy? I used to do the opposite.
