Running a node just got more demanding. Block proposal frequency is picking up, and that means throughput per second will jump significantly. If you're operating validators, you'll need to pay attention to tuning parameters—think GasLimit, receiveRateLimitPerSecond, and validator turn configurations. These aren't set-and-forget values anymore. Your hardware setup matters too. Network bandwidth, CPU performance, storage capacity—all of it plays a role now. Some operators might need to upgrade their infrastructure or optimize their current setup to keep up with the increased load. It's not just about having a node running; it's about having one that can actually keep pace with the network demands.

Here we go again... I knew it would turn out like this. Validators are really stepping up now. My old hardware probably needs an upgrade, or I’ll definitely fall behind.

Oh no, now I really have to tune the parameters, no more slacking off
Do I need to upgrade the hardware? The wallet is bleeding again
I still can't quite understand the validator turn part, can someone explain it simply?
If the hardware can't keep up, you're out, it's brutal
Misconfiguring parameters like GasLimit can cause you to fall behind, need to do more research
I just want to know, has the cost of running nodes really skyrocketed now?

Looks like it's time to start tinkering with hardware again. This time, I really need to tune the settings carefully and can't slack off.

It sounds like I need to spend more money to upgrade the hardware, endless!

Haha, it looks like it's time to start tinkering with hardware again. This round is really no small matter.

The small server really can't handle it anymore; it's time to start tweaking parameters for optimization.
