The TVL of Solstice has recently declined, and it's worth examining the reasons behind this phenomenon.
From my observation, several factors may be at play: firstly, the performance of token sales did not meet expectations, which often affects market confidence in the project; secondly, the market is still digesting the impact of the USX de-pegging event, and investors' cautious sentiment has not been fully released.
To be honest, such a correction is quite normal for DeFi projects. Market fluctuations are part of the norm, and the key is to focus on the project's long-term fundamentals and ecosystem development. Sometimes, short-term TVL fluctuations actually provide opportunities for more rational participants.

The decline in TVL is not scary; the key is whether the underlying logic is still there. The USX wave indeed scared some people, and now they've pulled back. Once the storm passes, a rebound is expected.

TVL drops, so be it, it's all the same... The key is when the token can show some signs of improvement.

TVL dropped, and you're panicking? You need to change that mindset. A bear market shakeout is normal operation.

TVL drops, so be it. It's all the same routine. Once the USX thing passes, it'll be over.

TVL is dropping, so what? DeFi projects are inherently like this; just wait for the bottom to buy in.

The decline in TVL is just like this. Let's wait and see if any institutions are bottom-fishing. The real test is still to come.
