Before the holiday, I cleared out the semiconductor-related funds. After selling, the market indeed dipped for a while, but I didn't buy back in. The logic at the time was simple—since I already had several funds across different sectors, and there are so many chip-related funds, I decided to do a bit of slimming down. Looking back, although I missed out on some gains, my portfolio structure became much clearer. To be honest, investing is like running a supermarket; having too many categories can lead to chaos. Sometimes, you have to make sacrifices to gain. This experience has deepened my understanding of portfolio management.

Holding a bunch of chip funds can really be troublesome; decisively cutting down is the right move.

My buddy's supermarket analogy is spot on, but I think this guy still has too much idle cash on hand.

Oh, I mentioned this a long time ago. The semiconductor sector is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but you can't be greedy. Your move actually captures the peak of the position. Many people are still debating whether to chase or not, but the overall trend is already clear. Planning for the future still requires a sense of rhythm. Missing out on a rally isn't scary; what's scary is not understanding the sector's logic. Your approach is correct.

It actually dropped after selling. How strong must your mindset be? Haha

Selling too early and still have the nerve to talk about reason? That's hilarious.

Still proud to summarize after selling? Haha, never mind, I didn't make much anyway.
