Really, developers who are not driven by capital and can truly build strength are now truly scarce. They are either overwhelmed by VC funding or indecisive. Independence may seem intangible, but in reality, it is the dividing line between newcomers and genuine builders. Being able to maintain integrity across multiple projects—I truly admire that.
