Promised to hold long-term and stick to mainstream coins, but I still couldn't resist and sold in a panic😅

Yesterday I made a series of reckless trades. Watching my account balance shrink little by little, I finally realized I had not managed my positions well. The most painful part is: every time I lose money, it's because I see a rebound and want to add more, fantasizing about soaring and turning the tide, only to be repeatedly harvested by the market.

I tell myself every day, "This time is different," but in reality, it's just driven by a gambling mentality to keep adding positions. The ultimate cost is continuous account shrinkage and a collapse in confidence.

The moment of awakening has arrived: the market will never change because of your fantasies. Only by establishing a strict risk control system, controlling your hands, and controlling your mind can you survive longer. Otherwise, even the best coins can't save a trader lacking discipline.
