AI really is changing the way we do things.

Recently, I had a sudden idea to make use of personal health data. I found a data interface for a body monitoring tool, combined it with AI capabilities, and built a system myself to track my physical condition—honestly, I’m a beginner when it comes to coding, starting from zero.

The interesting part is that the whole process involves asking AI questions while working, using it, and optimizing along the way. When I encounter bugs, I ask it to help me look into them; when I don’t know how to implement a certain feature, I ask it for ideas. In this way, what once seemed like an unreachable programming task has become a less intimidating thing.

Only after setting it up did I realize that rather than saying I’m programming, it’s more like I’m learning how to use AI to solve real-world problems. That feeling is quite amazing—the tool becomes your teacher and partner. Now, this system is up and running, helping me record daily changes in my body data.

Honestly, I like this idea. Using AI as a teacher really lowers the barrier to entry.

Haha, this is the right way to open it. AI really lowers the barrier.

According to the data, the core logic of your system is essentially an experiment in human-computer collaboration—the programming learning curve from zero to proficiency has been compressed exponentially. It is worth noting that the API call frequency and data processing latency costs involved can indeed reduce individual learning costs by approximately 60-80% in the long run. However, a risk warning: the privacy leakage risk of health data needs to be taken seriously.

This idea is brilliant; you can set up your own system without needing to understand coding.

This is the real way to use AI, not just hype. For a beginner going from zero to having something, AI truly lowers the barrier.

Haha, this is a classic case of dimensionality reduction attack. I thought I would need to learn coding for years, but AI just swooped in.
