Could the US "CLARITY Act" become a new engine for ETH and SOL? Institutional investor acceptance is about to significantly increase

【Crypto World】The transparency of regulation often determines how far the market can go. Once rules become clear, the entry speed of institutional investors will be astonishingly fast — which is why some are optimistic about the推动作用 of the 《CLARITY Act》 on Ethereum and Solana.

What can a clear legal framework do? First, it gives big capital a sense of reassurance. When rules are no longer gray areas, large-scale asset tokenization is no longer a castle in the air but a business that can truly land. As mainstream smart contract platforms, ETH and SOL will naturally become the main beneficiaries of this mechanism dividend, and it’s only natural for their prices to hit new highs.

The change in institutional attitude further illustrates the point. Look at the Ivy League endowment funds that manage huge sums of money — nearly half are considering or have already increased their allocation to crypto assets. This is not retail investors following the trend; it’s real money making real allocation decisions.

But don’t be too optimistic. Stablecoins are still under scrutiny, especially in emerging markets, where government attitudes remain cautious. However, the overall trend is clear: as the regulatory framework gradually improves, institutional recognition of cryptocurrencies will only increase, and it’s definitely not a reverse trend.

If the Clarity Bill really passes, ETH and SOL will take off... but don't get cut off. --- Institutions entering the market have their ears sore from listening, is this really happening this time? --- Stablecoins are failing one after another, and now they still want to boast about institutional approval. --- SOL and ETH flying together, I bet five bucks that there will be new rumors next week. --- Forget it, just keep stacking coins. Anyway, regulation is too complicated to explain.

Hi, the CLARITY Act is really coming, now big institutional players can't sit still ETH and SOL are quite strong this time. Regulatory friendliness = institutional entry = price taking off, the logic is a closed loop Let's put aside the messy stablecoin situation for now; big money still favors on-chain ecosystems Next year’s wealth depends on this wave, or else keep working Wait, is this really not just hype?

Coming with the same story again? Institutions entering the market = price skyrocketing. I've heard this logic too many times. Can SOL hit a new high this time? Honestly, I’m not too convinced. Stablecoins getting hit, can ETH still remain unaffected? That's a bit doubtful. Can the Clarity Act really change the game? I remain skeptical. Every time they say institutional acceptance is rising, but what’s the result?

clarity act sounds nice on paper but ngl... analyzed the fine print and there's some sketchy language around custody standards that needs immediate attention. institutional money always comes with strings attached, dyor on the actual implementation details before fomoing into eth/sol

Hmm, I don't know why, but I always feel like I've heard this set of explanations too many times before.
