Last night's sharp drop was indeed quite intense. Watching BTC and ETC go from gains to profit retracement, with stop-loss orders being triggered one after another, many people should have exited the market by now. This is quite common in trading circles and nothing special.
Market behavior is like this; as it moves, uncertainty can be written all over it. The rhythm has clearly changed, and the atmosphere feels off. At this point, stubbornly holding on is simply not a solution. Many people lose not because of stop-loss orders, but because their mindset collapses first.
To put it simply, there's no need to obsess over profits already earned; exiting early is fine. When it’s time to stop loss, don’t feel wronged. Trading is about responding to the market, not arguing with it. Every stop-loss and take-profit is about managing risk and locking in expectations. This is the correct approach to survive long-term.

Last night was really a bloodbath. Watching the orders get cut one after another, you really have to keep a steady mindset.
Don't be greedy when you're making money, and don't act like you've been betrayed when you're losing—it's that simple.
If your mindset isn't there, your money is gone long ago. I've heard this too many times.
Stop-loss is actually about making peace with yourself.
To those friends still holding on, I really advise you to think about how to survive in the long run.
Not all persistence leads to victory; sometimes surrendering is the real win.

Last night, I really felt heartbroken at the moment of cutting losses, but I still had to sell. Otherwise, I would just be waiting to get trapped.

That wave yesterday was indeed intense, but losing your composure is more deadly than losing money.

Breaking down mentally is the biggest stop-loss, there's nothing wrong with that statement.

Last night I did cut my losses, but compared to those who hold on stubbornly, I'm losing more now.
