A review of 51 days of live trading notes. Yesterday, during a certain coin operation, an old problem was exposed—spending too much time monitoring the market led to frequent position adjustments. Although partial stop-losses were executed as planned, there was a rush to chase orders to recover losses, ultimately causing some drawdown. While this round of trading was not particularly large in scale, many follow-up traders couldn't withstand the pressure and exited one after another. This lesson made me realize that my recent trading approach has deviated from the initial strategy. Moving forward, I need to重新梳理交易纪律,特别是在心态和仓位管理上要更加克制,避免重复过往的错误。Trading is not just about skills; it also tests psychological resilience.

This is the common problem among retail investors: the longer you watch the market, the more you lose. I also fell into the trap this way, haha.

Staring at the screen for too long is truly the devil. Just a glance and three hours pass, and I want to cut my position. I have this problem.

Staring at the screen for too long is really a poison. I should have realized this from the start... I've also been burned by chasing orders to break even, and it's truly not worth the loss.

Old bad habits have returned. Watching the screen obsessively is really the biggest enemy of trading.
