I opened a small account with the plan to track its performance over a year to see whether it ends up profitable or at a loss. My trading style is very clear—mainly medium to long-term holdings, with leverage controlled within 10x, avoiding aggressive operations.

Regarding trading philosophy, I do not set pre-emptive take-profit or stop-loss orders. Although this approach can easily cause me to miss the top, it helps avoid frequent liquidations and has actually yielded quite a few gains. I don’t pursue short-term doubling; I prefer to accumulate slowly through compound interest.

The current progress is as follows: at the beginning of January, I deposited 240, and now the account is at 268, making a small profit. In terms of holdings, I have 3,087 ETH long positions and 903 BNB long positions, both with 10x leverage. I will continue to follow the plan moving forward. Consider this account as a trading journal, and I will update the progress regularly.
ETH6,93%
BNB4,58%

Haha, I understand the strategy of not setting stop-losses—it's basically betting that the market won't crash through instantly. To be honest, that's pretty bold.

Another fearless trader who doesn't set stop-loss orders. I've tried this move too, and the result... well, I won't say much, haha. That account name is brilliant; it takes a lot of confidence to choose such a name. Earning only 268 is a bit too little; it feels like I didn't keep up with this wave of the market. Not setting a stop-loss basically means if you guess right, you make money; if you guess wrong, you wait to die. Exciting. Using 10x leverage for medium to long-term? I just can't understand how you sleep at night. With such a heavy position, I'm just afraid that one black swan in the crypto world could wipe everything out. One last question: will you keep recording your losses or just delete your account and run away? This mindset is actually clear-headed, better than those who boast about making 20% daily. Come back in a year to reconcile; anything said now is just talk.

Not setting take profit and stop loss is indeed a risky move, but it can definitely help avoid the order sweeping hell.

Using 10x leverage without setting a stop loss, that person really has some guts. Just waiting for a single bearish candle to cause a blow-up.

Oh, I’ve also tried the trick of not setting a stop loss, but you need to have a really strong risk tolerance. I like this approach, just worried that a black swan event might wipe out the account directly. From 268 to 240, the increase isn’t huge but steady. Keep holding on. Wait, how much is 3,087 ETH... That leverage appetite is pretty big. Not taking profit and not setting a stop loss is indeed against human nature, but it can avoid many liquidation traps. A one-year tracking cycle is pretty good, giving yourself a complete trading period for review. This steady style actually has a higher chance of winning in the end, but the premise is that the market doesn’t go too crazy.

Using 10x leverage while maintaining a stable position, quite bold, just worried about a sudden pullback causing liquidation. The theory of not setting stop-losses sounds aggressive, but very few can actually implement it. Choosing ETH and BNB is fine, it all depends on whether you can withstand the volatility later. A small profit of 268 isn't much, take it slow, don't rush to double your investment.
