Cardano ecosystem member organization Intersect proposes to name the upcoming protocol version 11 upgrade the “van Rossem Hard Fork” in honor of community member Max van Rossem. This upgrade is a treasury-funded in-era hard fork that will enhance Plutus performance, ledger consistency, and node security. Additionally, a new charter proposal sets the net change limit for treasury withdrawals at 350 million ADA, and development work on the Leios upgrade is also ongoing.
