Got a new crypto project idea but unsure how to launch it? Here's a battle-tested 7-day sprint worth stealing:

Start Day 1 by shipping something—doesn't need to be polished, just functional. Then Day 2 flip the switch: drop it in front of your community and actively fish for feedback. You'll be surprised what people catch that you missed. Use Day 3 to iterate fast on the most painful friction points.

Now here's where it gets interesting. Days 4 and 5, you anchor your project narrative to whatever's hot in the Web3 zeitgeist right now. Whether it's AI integration, RWA tokenization, or staking mechanisms—connect your product to the trend people are already thinking about. This isn't manipulation; it's relevance.

Come the weekend, step back. Your early traction compounds if you've nailed the fundamentals. Momentum builds on momentum.

To be honest, the 7-day sprint sounds ideal, but reality is often not that smooth. I'm a bit uncomfortable with jumping on trending topics; it feels a bit like cutting the leeks. However, rapid iteration is indeed something we need to copy; we can't wait until it's perfect before launching.

It's the same rush theory again... Easy to talk about, but what about when it comes to actually doing it? I've seen many projects collapse on the first day. Talking about narratives and trends every day, but isn't it just about hyping concepts? AI, RWA, staking—these words can be casually combined to raise funds, right? Honestly, what decent product can be made in 7 days... unless it's a pure air project. This set of theories might sound comfortable to VCs, but it's not that simple on the blockchain.

Basically, it's just riding the trend, right? Slapping on hot keywords like AI, RWA, and everything can be sold.

Honestly, this set of processes is a bit too idealistic. Many projects crash on the first day in real situations. --- The tactic of riding the hot trend on days 4 and 5 is indeed brilliant, but the prerequisite is that the product itself is not garbage. Otherwise, no matter how strong the narrative is, it won't save it. --- A 7-day sprint? I've seen projects get rug pulled in just 7 minutes. No matter how fancy the narrative is, it’s useless. --- I want to ask if anyone has actually followed this process, and what the survival rate is roughly. --- I agree with rapid iteration, but don’t blindly listen to the community. Often, the more active the voices, the less reliable they are. --- Riding the AI or RWA trend has been played out now. Projects that can really stand out are actually going against the trend. --- If the fundamentals aren’t mastered, it’s game over on day one. Don’t wait until day 4 to find out there are vulnerabilities in the code.

It sounds like just launching first and then talking about it; anyway, early users are the most critical of flaws... I'm impressed with the narrative combined with hot topics—AI + RWA + staking, riding the wave of whoever is popular. Calm over the weekend? That doesn't really exist in the crypto world, haha. Launching on the first day takes real guts, but rapid iteration is truly the way to go. I understand riding the hot trend, but I'm worried that once the hype passes, the project will cool down too... Releasing a finished product in 7 days? I feel like this is just gambling with luck. Feedback is very important, but the community is full of smart people who can find fault with anything.

Sounds nice, but in reality, it's just riding the trend and jumping on the bandwagon.
