When running e-commerce, we encounter an interesting paradox. I buy a product for 450 TL cost and sell it for 990 TL, which seems to have an approximate profit margin of 120%. But when I do the detailed calculations, I end up at a loss. After deducting shipping, packaging, platform commissions, advertising costs, return processes, taxes, and other expenses, the sales price is insufficient. This is the hidden side of e-commerce—high sales prices do not always mean profit.

That's why I say the e-commerce industry is so complicated; on the surface, profits double, but in reality, we're still losing money... You really have to account for every penny.

This is a huge joke in e-commerce. A 120% book profit but still losing money, it's really outrageous.

Nah, this really bugs me. Seeing a 120% profit versus actual profit calculations—if there's a difference, it always ends the same way.

This money game is really driving me crazy... Selling at 990 and ending up at a loss, what kind of world is this?

This is the truth about e-commerce: everything looks glamorous on the surface, but it's full of pitfalls behind the scenes.
