One thing that's been bothering me about the crypto community lately—it's hard to tell who's actually who on social media. You see these accounts with impressive profiles and profiles, but there's no real way to verify if they're legitimate participants or just anonymous personas from somewhere else. The lack of identity transparency in crypto communities makes it genuinely difficult to know who you're actually interacting with or taking advice from. It's a real credibility challenge that the industry needs to address.

Who still trusts strangers these days? Anyway, I don't listen to anyone's investment advice. Doing your own research is the safest.

ngl That's why I don't believe what those big influencers say at all, they're all just anonymous masks anyway.

nah this is literally just the dot-com bubble playbook part 2... *checks charts* anonymity was always the feature not the bug lol. remind me again who fell for the "trust me bro" phase in 2017? 🤦♂️

I've also thought about this issue. To be honest, it's very difficult to determine if someone is genuine or not. There are only a few verified accounts among a bunch of influencers and self-media accounts.

NGL, this is the magical part of the crypto world... anyone can brag
Really, looking at those mega accounts, you have no idea if it's a person or a bot behind them
Anonymous freedom is freedom, but who would trust it...
That's why I never listen to investment advice from strangers, it's too damn risky
There should be a verification mechanism, otherwise it's always a game of information asymmetry
