I recently saw a top exchange founder live streaming and interacting in the community plaza. Just after finishing, he had to rush to the next meeting, with a packed schedule that was extremely tight. But even with a full agenda, he still carved out time to chat casually with everyone—such genuine dedication to the community is indeed rare.
Many industry leaders like to say they are "close to the community," but truly capable of handling user complaints and engaging in patient conversations are few and far between. This founder not only openly listens to opinions but also responds in depth, rather than dismissing concerns.
Someone described this as "being down-to-earth without hindering the aspiration to look at the stars"—at first glance, it sounds like motivational talk, but upon closer look at how this founder and the core team operate, you'll find that this is not just a slogan but a guiding principle that runs throughout. They maintain ambitions for technological innovation and ecological development, while also staying true to their original intentions, valuing community trust.
In this industry, such execution and sincerity truly deserve recognition.

Sincerity is indeed rare, but don't overhype it. It depends on how things develop later.

Wow, finally someone not only talks about being close to the community but also sits down to listen to our feedback... This is indeed rare in the industry.
I want to see if his team can turn this sincerity into a product experience, after all, promises are easy to make but hard to keep.
Even with a full schedule, squeezing in time to chat is much more reliable than those PPT experts, no kidding.
Speaking of which, once community trust is broken, no matter how sincere the live broadcast, it can't be salvaged... But this attitude seems to be aiming for long-term engagement.

Alright, I've heard this spiel too many times. We'll talk again when he runs away next time.

These days, there aren't many leaders who dare to chat with the community like this, I think it's great.

To be honest, I've read so many exaggerated articles like this, but this guy is indeed a bit different.
Really? Or is it just another sentimental act before the next round of cutting leeks?
I believe in squeezing time to chat, but how long can it really last?
But I have to admit, he's way better than those big shots who never show up.

nah but seriously... whale accumulation patterns don't lie. watching someone actually *show up* for the community is statistically rare in this space tbh. most founders just broadcast noise into the void.
