Recently, I have seen some small cryptocurrencies listed on mainstream exchanges, with the chips being monopolized by a few players, and controlling the market as if playing a game. This blatant market manipulation has long been suppressed by regulatory authorities in traditional finance, but it is rampant here.

It seems that exchanges turn a blind eye. Think about how absurd this is—major players call the shots, and retail investors have no say. Why are the regulatory standards in the crypto world so lenient? If this continues, market confidence will eventually be eroded.

If not for these restrictions, there should have been stricter risk control mechanisms to curb such behavior.

honestly the real problem isn't even the manipulation... it's that nobody's tracking the gas fees these pump-and-dumps generate lmao. imagine the gwei hemorrhaging when whales are dumping millions of tokens in one tx window. probably paying like 200 gwei when they could've waited 3 hours and saved 60% smh

Retail investors got cut again; no matter how many times I say it, it's not enough.

ngl this is just alchemy in reverse... watching these whales transmute retail bags into their own yield farms. the exchanges? straight up complicit in the ritual. dark pools had better manners than this tbh.

To be honest, this is a liquidity trap. Do you really think exchanges don't know? The mempool has long been tightly monitored by big players, and sandwich attacks are as easy as drinking water for them. The key is that the returns are too tempting; who would voluntarily give up?
