Trading in the crypto world, many people think that having a small principal means no chance. In fact, it's an advantage—beginners can use small amounts to experiment and find their feel, while experienced traders can use small positions to compound slowly and accumulate over time. The key is to have a reusable strategy.

First, choose the right assets. Mainstream coins like $BTC, $ETH, and $SOL have high liquidity and relatively transparent price movements, making them suitable for small capital operations. Those claiming to be "hundredfold coins" are mostly hype; they can't withstand extreme volatility, so small positions should avoid them.

Position management is fundamental. Using 10%-15% of your total funds per trade is enough. Don't be greedy and try to turn everything around in one shot. Even if you lose a trade, the loss remains within a controllable range. A single loss won't set you back much, allowing you to stay in the game and wait for the next opportunity.

Discipline is essential for entry and exit. When the price approaches a resistance level and can't break through, don't wait—take profits. Human nature tends to cause problems here—wanting to wait a little longer, a little longer—resulting in profits turning into losses. Conversely, if the price bounces off a support level, you can try small positions to enter, with a stop-loss set 1%-2% below the support.

Have you done the math? If you can keep your risk-reward ratio at 2:1 (earning at least twice what you risk), then even with a 50% win rate, you'll be profitable in the long run. This is math, not luck.

The story of making money in crypto is never about getting rich overnight—relying on one big gamble or a single all-in. Those who survive and thrive are the ones who use small positions to compound continuously. Repeated precise low-buy, high-sell trades may seem slow, but over time, small amounts can grow into large sums.

Ultimately, this is the way ordinary people can succeed in crypto—steady, replicable, and able to withstand failures.

It's the same theory again... It sounds quite right, but we retail investors should have understood this long ago. Yet, we still have to step into the pits before believing it.

Here we go again with the old cliché about compound interest. The points made are quite valid; I'm just worried people might not listen.

It's another classic discussion on compound interest. While the theory is correct, it's too idealized. In practice, human nature is the biggest enemy. Who can truly maintain a 10% position?

That's right, slowly accumulating small amounts is definitely more reliable than going all-in.

That's quite right, but I see too many people know this methodology but can't stick to it. When the market fluctuates, they lose their composure and feel compelled to go all in and gamble.

Alright, here we go again with another compounding article. Honestly, what I fear most is someone actually investing with a 10%-15% position, only to find after three or five months that they're still standing still. By then, it will be too late to regret.

That's right, but anyone would mess up when executing. I'm the kind of idiot who knows how important a 2:1 risk-reward ratio is, yet still turns around and goes all in.
