ngl, 100% unlock on day one is basically asking for immediate liquidity fragmentation... seen this movie before with the Ronin bridge collapse. everyone piling in at the last hour for quick flip action, classic degen pattern. pretty sure we're gonna see some nasty slippage the moment mainnet goes live tbh.
