Are there too many treasury companies in the market?
In the past two years, the Crypto ecosystem has indeed seen a surge in treasury institutions. Some project teams are almost overwhelmed by various treasury services—from fund management to investment strategies, it seems every area has someone involved. But here’s the question: are these institutions really creating value? Or is the market already saturated?
Industry insiders point out that excessive treasury competition might actually increase the choice costs for project teams. You need to research each company's fees, risk management capabilities, and market understanding depth. This is a nightmare for small projects.
On the other hand, some believe that market selection will naturally eliminate less professional participants. Strong treasury companies can stand out through better returns and risk management.
What do you think? Is there still room in this track?

To be honest, more and more treasury companies are emerging one after another, and I can't keep up with the pace. But I think the problem isn't about quantity, but whether they have real capability. The market will ultimately speak, and those that only charge fees but don't make money will eventually be eliminated—it's a natural law.

Really, now there are so many treasury institutions that it's ridiculous, it feels like two new ones pop up every week.
Choosing small projects is a bloody process, and the fees are quite shady.
Elimination rounds are bound to happen, or this market will really become a dead end.
Wait, are some treasury companies just here to harvest the leeks?

Really, the treasury space is now a mixed bag, with a bunch of people trying to get a piece of the pie. Choosing small projects is confusing, and you might not even find a reliable one.
It's all about the big waves washing away the sand; anyway, unprofessional ones will eventually be eliminated. It all depends on who can truly help the project make money.
Hey, have you noticed? How well do these treasuries' own risk controls perform? It feels a bit like mutual flattery.
Saturated? Not necessarily, it all depends on whether they can truly deliver. There are now too many who only talk about concepts.

A comparison of the fee models reveals that most are just shells that profit from the spread. Only a few can truly succeed, while the others will eventually be overwhelmed by data.

To be honest, the treasury sector is indeed a bit chaotic right now, with a bunch of institutions competing for market share.
It seems that most are just here to harvest quick profits, and there are very few who truly have the skills.
Small projects are already overwhelmed just comparing fee structures; it's really hard to judge value for money.
But on the other hand, the bear market is a good time for filtering; those who can't survive will be gone quickly.

Honestly, most of them are just here to harvest the little guys; there are very few who truly have the skills. When choosing small projects, you still have to rely on luck.
