After a week of hard work in the market and a three-month pause before making a comeback, I indeed captured quite a few good reversals and early gains. The problem is that I almost gave back all the profits. To be honest, this is not just the fault of project teams and KOLs taking advantage—though that is a serious issue—but more due to the mentality of ordinary traders themselves. Many people simply do not want to hold any coins, nor are they willing to put in the effort to do research. They are always impatiently chasing rallies and selling on dips, resulting in the money they earned being lost again. This short-term speculative mindset is everywhere in the market.

Chasing gains and killing losses is really extreme; all the money earned was just pumped back into the market.

Profits and losses, it's really all about mindset. If you don't hold on properly, you're just asking for trouble.

Make profits and then give them back—that's the price of chasing gains every day. I've been through this myself. --- Honestly, if your mindset isn't adjusted, even the best opportunities will be taken by others. --- Doing homework? Most people are too lazy to look into it; they just want to buy the dip and get rich quickly. Serves them right. --- After a three-month break, returning and repeating the same mistakes—can't this pattern be changed? --- Project teams taking profits is one thing, but impulsively chasing gains yourself is a bloody lesson. --- Not holding coins means wanting to cash out quickly in the short term, but the result is always cutting into your own flesh.

Hitting the reversal and then completely vomiting it back, I know this story too well. Based on my analysis, this is a classic live version of "making money depends on luck, losing money depends on skill." The chasing up and selling down strategy, in simple terms, is a psychological game played by losers. Wallet addresses that have done their homework versus those that haven't, comparing on-chain data makes it clear at a glance. Mindset is the biggest enemy, more ruthless than the project team. It's really not the KOL's fault; it's just that my hands are too fast and my brain too slow. This round of operations has truly given all the profits to market liquidity. Interestingly, this story repeats itself every week. Where is the promised holding to wait for the rebound? Turns out, FOMO is unstoppable again. Mental discipline is a long journey, brothers. Personal speculation: nine out of ten traders chase the rise, and the remaining one has their wallet frozen. Short-term speculation always ends up with a lesson learned. The data proves it.

Making money and losing it back, to put it simply, is just a matter of not adjusting your mindset properly, too impatient. Still playing the old game of chasing gains and selling losses, no wonder you got cut so badly. Doing homework is really important, but no one wants to do it right, everyone just wants to earn passively. After three months back in the game, still stuck in the same place, this round is a bit frustrating. It's true that project teams cut the leeks, but we also need to be more alert and not just wait to be harvested.

Made a profit and then lost, lost and then made a profit. This thing really tests your mentality, doesn't it?

Trying to catch the reversal just leads to no profit; frankly, greed is the culprit.
