【Cambodia Arrests Another Chinese Cyber Fraud Leader】

Following the arrest of Prince Group founder Chen Zhi, another core Chinese cyber fraud figure has been apprehended in Cambodia.

Huang Jimao, 50 years old, previously awarded the title of "Baron," is the owner of the large-scale integrated park "Huang Le Park" in Sihanoukville. He has served as the president of the Sihanoukville Casino Association and has business interests spanning real estate, casinos, hotels, construction, and other fields.

Investigations show that he has long used casinos, hotels, and other venues to illegally detain individuals and engage in online fraud, holding a central controlling position within the cyber fraud network. In 2022, Huang Le Park was exposed for severe abuse behaviors.

Currently, the Phnom Penh Municipal Court has ordered Huang Jimao to be detained, and he is temporarily held at White Book Prison.
