CandyDrop is Gate’s candy airdrop platform where users complete tasks to earn candies and share token airdrops. CandyDrop now supports TradFi and ETF tasks. To celebrate the feature upgrade, we are launching this special campaign. Users who complete designated trading tasks can join the 10 XAUT Super Airdrop.

Details are as follows:

• TradFi CFD Trading Prize Pool: 4 XAUT, maximum 0.04 XAUT per person
• Daily Trading Check-in Pool: 3 XAUT, maximum 0.03 XAUT per person
• Invite Friends Pool: 3 XAUT, maximum 0.03 XAUT per person
• Airdrop Calculation Formula: (Individual candy amount / Total candies of all users) × Prize pool

1.TradFi CFD Trade Prize Pool Rules:

Users TradFi CFD trade on Gate, achieving a trading volume (buy + sell) ≥ 1,000 USDT, will earn 1 candy. The total reward pool is 4 XAUT. Maximum per user: 0.04 XAUT. The reward rule is as follows:

• Volume of TradFi CFD trade ≥ 1,000 USDT: 1 Candy
• Volume of TradFi CFD trade ≥ 3,000 USDT: 3 Candies
• Volume of TradFi CFD trade ≥ 7,000 USDT: 7 Candies
• Volume of TradFi CFD trade ≥ 10,000 USDT: 10 Candies
• Volume of TradFi CFD trade ≥ 20,000 USDT: 20 Candies

2. Daily Check-in Prize Pool Rules

During the event, users who achieve a daily ETF trading volume (buy + sell) ≥ 1,000 USDT will be considered to have successfully checked in and will receive 1 candy reward. The total reward pool is 3 XAUT. Each user can earn up to 0.03 XAUT.

3.Invite Friends Prize Pool Rules

During the event, for every successful invitation of 1 valid friend (who registers and completes TradFi CFD trading volume ≥ 500 USDT ), you can receive 1 candy, with a maximum of 10 candies. All candy holders will share a prize pool of 3 XAUT, with a maximum reward of 0.03 XAUT per person.
Note: To qualify as a valid referral, users must register through the exclusive event link and complete TradFi CFD trading volume ≥ 500 USDT . Referrals who have participated in other invitation campaigns will not be eligible for candy rewards at this event.

What Is TradFi?

TradFi refers to traditional financial assets, including gold, foreign exchange (forex), indices, commodities, and popular U.S. stocks. TradFi contracts are Contracts for Difference (CFDs) derived from these underlying financial assets.
When trading TradFi contracts, you speculate on price movements of the underlying assets rather than buying, selling, or holding the assets themselves. TradFi contracts are traded using USDx as margin, have no expiration date, and do not require physical delivery.

App Version Requirement: Please update the Gate App to version 8.4.0 or later, then restart the app.

What is ETF?

ETF is a fund product that utilizes derivatives such as contracts to "replicate" the price performance of an underlying asset while amplifying its movements by a fixed multiple (e.g., 3x, 5x). These tokens add leverage to the underlying asset, allowing users to engage in leveraged trading without needing to pay margin or worry about liquidation risks—simply by buying and selling ETF like spot trading.

Notes:

1. Participants must click the “Join Now” button on the event page. After successfully joining the event, they must complete the event tasks and identity verification to receive rewards.
2. Rewards will be distributed to users’ accounts within 14 working days after the end of the event.
3. It is strictly prohibited to register multiple small accounts, engage in malicious wash trading, self-buying and self-selling, or any other cheating behavior. Multiple accounts of the same verified user will be considered the same account. Sub-accounts are not allowed to participate in activities.
4. Market makers, enterprises, and institutions are not allowed to participate in this event. Agent accounts cannot participate in friend-invitation type activities, while other activities are unrestricted.
5. In case of any discrepancies between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
6. Gate has the final interpretation rights for this event.
7. Users in restricted areas cannot access all or part of the services (including participating in this event, game, or competition). For more information about restricted areas, please read. User Agreement.
