Bitwise lance l’ETP du réseau Canton sur Deutsche Börse

Bitwise a lancé mardi le Bitwise Canton ETP (BWCC) sur Deutsche Börse Xetra, offrant une exposition au token natif de Canton Network (CC), une blockchain autorisée orientée confidentialité, développée avec la participation d'institutions notamment Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas et Deutsche Börse. Le produit a commencé à être négocié avec un taux de frais totaux de 0,85% par an et vise à suivre l’indice Kaiko CANTO Reference Rate LDNLF. L’ETP est entièrement adossé à des tokens CC détenus en stockage à froid, selon l’annonce de Bitwise. Canton Network a été développé par Digital Asset, une entreprise de technologie financière cofondée par Don Wilson, cofondateur de DRW, et lancé en 2023. Les institutions participantes au sein du réseau incluent Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Börse, Microsoft, Moody's, S&P Global, Cboe Global Markets et Deloitte. Ce lancement européen fait suite à une entrée sur le marché américain pour le même actif.

Product Structure and Access

BWCC is issued by Bitwise Europe GmbH in Germany and can be bought or sold through traditional brokerage accounts without requiring investors to use a crypto wallet. The product forms part of Bitwise's broader European crypto ETP suite.

Le lancement européen de l’ETP fait suite à la mise sur le marché du premier ETF américain lié au même actif. 21Shares a inscrit le 21Shares Canton Network ETF (TCAN) sur Nasdaq plus tôt ce mois-ci, offrant une exposition directe à CC.

À la date de mardi, le token natif de Canton s’échangeait à 0,16 dollars, en baisse de 1,4% sur les dernières 24 heures, avec une capitalisation boursière de 6,3 milliards de dollars.
