113 Private Equity Funds Receive 161M Shares in China's ChangXin Tech IPO Allocation on July 21; Liang Wenfeng's Two Funds Get Largest Share

According to BlockBeats, on July 21, 113 private equity funds received allocations in ChangXin Technology's underwriting process, with 2,459 products collectively allocated 161 million shares worth 1.436 billion yuan. Private equity (B-class) investors accounted for only 9% of the total underwriting allocation, receiving 196 million shares compared to 1.978 billion shares allocated to public funds and other A-class investors.

DeepSeek founder and prominent private equity manager Liang Wenfeng emerged as the largest recipient among private funds. His two flagship funds, Ningbo Fangfang Quantitative and Zhejiang Jiuzhang Assets, collectively received allocations for 194 private equity products, securing 20.2497 million shares worth approximately 175 million yuan.
