66.3% of U.S. High-Earning Employees Use AI Tools at Work, Federal Reserve Survey Shows

According to a Federal Reserve survey, 66.3% of U.S. employees earning over $200,000 annually have used AI tools at work in the past 12 months as of May 1. Among lower income brackets, usage rates decline significantly: 51.6% for those earning $100,000–$200,000, 40.2% for those earning $50,000–$100,000, and only 15.9% for those earning below $50,000. Among AI users, 68% reported that tools made their work easier, while 56.7% said productivity improved.
