AI Financial Acquires Block Street for $43 Million on April 30

According to Fortune Magazine, AI Financial (formerly Alt5 Sigma), a publicly listed cryptocurrency company affiliated with the Trump family, acquired crypto infrastructure provider Block Street for $43 million last week on April 30.

Block Street was registered in Nevada in late October, according to company records. Matthew Morgan, an advisor to AI Financial and CEO and largest shareholder of Block Street, stated the acquisition was not a proprietary trade.
