Alibaba Launches Qwen 3.6-Plus with 1M Token Context; HappyOyster and HappyHorse Models Enter Beta Testing

According to Alibaba’s latest earnings report, the company released Qwen 3.6-Plus in March with significant performance improvements across programming and agent-based coding tasks. The model supports a native context window of up to 1 million tokens and offers enhanced multimodal reasoning capabilities.

Alibaba is also advancing its specialized model portfolio with HappyOyster, a world model supporting real-time creation and interaction, and HappyHorse, a multimodal video generation model. Both models are currently undergoing beta testing.
