Ark Invest Buys $16.6M SpaceX on Wednesday as Stock Breaks Below $135 IPO Price

According to latest market data, Ark Invest's funds purchased 122,807 SpaceX shares on Wednesday (July 15) through ARKK, ARKQ, ARKW, and ARKX, valued at approximately $16.6 million at the day's closing price of $135.27. The purchase came as SpaceX stock intraday fell to around $132, marking its first break below the $135 IPO price and down over 30% from its historical high near $225.

Ark Invest had already acquired SpaceX shares valued at approximately $21.3 million on Monday (July 13). Within the first three trading days of this week, the fund accumulated approximately $37.9 million worth of SpaceX positions.
