According to Lookonchain on-chain data, Arthur Hayes accumulated 3,298 ETH worth $6.39 million on July 28, bringing his total holdings to 7,213 ETH at an average cost of $1,923 per ETH. The BitMEX co-founder assembled the stack through over-the-counter trades routed via Galaxy Digital, FalconX, and Cumberland. The accumulation marks a reversal from a June exit when Hayes sold approximately 6,000 ETH below $1,700 citing macro headwinds, before re-entering on July 15 as ETH recovered above $1,750.
