According to the Korean Stock Exchange, Autech (Carrier Air Conditioner) stock rose 19.95% over the past three months as of July 9, outperforming peers like Pascoe and Winks, which fell 18.61% and 37.12% respectively. The company is diversifying beyond traditional air conditioning into data center liquid cooling and heat pump markets, leveraging its thermal management expertise.
Autech's cooling distribution unit (CDU) system is expected to enter Nvidia's marketplace preparation phase as early as next month, according to Hanyang Securities analyst Lee Jun-seok. The global heat pump market is projected to grow from $75.8 billion in 2024 to $162.6 billion by 2030. Lee noted that while heat pumps support near-term earnings, data center liquid cooling could become a structural value driver for the company.
