According to ChainCatcher, AI infrastructure platform B.AI discovered incomplete cost breakdown in historical Credits consumption records from May 1-3, 2026 (SGT). The platform's frontend display omitted underlying cache-related fees, showing only input/output token consumption. B.AI has corrected the data and automatically issued Credits compensation to affected accounts, valid for 30 days from receipt, requiring no user action.
