According to Zhitong Finance, Binhua Shares (06745) listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 10, with an offering price of HK$3.48 per share and 352 million shares issued, raising approximately HK$1.16 billion in net proceeds. The stock fell 21.26% on its first day, closing at HK$2.74 with HK$50.56 million in trading volume. Binhua is a leading integrated chemical producer in China, focusing on chlor-alkali chemicals, C3-C4 chemicals, and electronic-grade chemicals, with core products including caustic soda, propylene oxide, and electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid.
