According to Farside Investors, spot Bitcoin ETFs brought in $79.1 million while Ether ETFs posted $28 million in outflows and Solana ETFs added $1.7 million, producing a combined $52.8 million net inflow across the three categories. The session followed stronger inflows earlier in the week, with July 15 seeing Bitcoin add $107.7 million and Ether bring in $53.9 million, and July 14 attracting nearly $240 million combined from Bitcoin and Ether funds. The July 16 data showed continued demand but at a slower pace with uneven momentum across asset classes.

BlackRock, Fidelity, and Bitwise Lead Bitcoin ETF Inflows on July 16

BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust added $33.4 million on July 16, leading the Bitcoin ETF category. Fidelity's FBTC brought in $30.7 million and Bitwise's BITB added $15 million. Other Bitcoin ETFs including ARKB, BTCO, EZBC, BRRR, HODL, BTCW, MSBT, GBTC, and Grayscale's BTC product recorded no flows for the day.

The July 16 distribution spread inflows across three major issuers rather than concentrating flows in a single product. Fidelity and Bitwise together contributed $45.7 million, more than half of the day's total Bitcoin ETF inflow. On July 15, IBIT accounted for $80.8 million of the $107.7 million in total Bitcoin ETF inflows. On July 14, IBIT brought in $138.9 million of the category's $181.1 million.

Grayscale's GBTC recorded no outflows on July 16. The absence of GBTC redemptions meant new money into IBIT, FBTC, and BITB translated directly into a positive category result.

Ether ETFs Record $28 Million in Net Outflows on July 16

Ether ETFs posted $28 million in net outflows on July 16. Fidelity's FETH lost $11.2 million, Grayscale's ETHE lost $4.8 million, and Grayscale's ETH product lost $14.3 million. The only positive Ether flow came from ETHW, which added $2.3 million. ETHA, ETHB, TETH, ETHV, QETH, and EZET recorded no flows.

The outflows reversed two consecutive positive sessions for Ether ETFs. On July 14, Ether products recorded $58.3 million in inflows, and on July 15 they brought in $53.9 million. BlackRock's ETHA recorded no inflows on July 16.

Solana ETFs recorded $1.7 million in net inflows on July 16, entirely from Grayscale's GSOL. BSOL, VSOL, FSOL, TSOL, and SOEZ were flat for the day.
