Bitcoin Falls Below $74,000, Down 1.21% in 24 Hours as Crypto Market Declines

According to Odaily and SoSoValue data, Bitcoin fell below $74,000 in 24-hour trading, down 1.21%, while Ethereum dropped 0.79% and briefly fell below $2,000. Most crypto sectors declined over the period, with the NFT sector down 4.68%, featuring losses such as Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) declining 4.46% and Audiera (BEAT) falling 14.38%.

The DeFi sector bucked the trend, rising 0.35% in 24 hours, led by Hyperliquid (HYPE) up 6.79% and Dexe (DEXE) up 5.53%. Sector indices showed mixed performance: ssiDeFi and ssiPayFi indices rose 1.44% and 0.65% respectively, while ssiAI fell 9.50%.
