According to Bitcoin.com News, Bitcoin fell to $58,017 on June 30, capping a brutal month with losses exceeding 20% and pushing its year-to-date decline to 34%. The cryptocurrency, which opened June above $73,500, traded just below $58,400 as of 2:30 p.m. EDT, reflecting a 3% drop in 24 hours.

Bitcoin's price action on June 30 triggered $91.5 million in long position liquidations, with the broader crypto market cap now standing at $2.1 trillion, down sharply from $4.3 trillion in early October 2025.
