BitMart Announces Orderly Halt of All Trading Services Effective August 26

According to its official announcement, BitMart will cease all spot, contract, and other trading services effective August 26, 2026 at 01:00 UTC. The exchange will begin phasing out new user registrations and crypto/fiat deposits starting July 26 at 01:30 UTC, with futures accounts entering liquidation-only mode and spot trading halted for new orders.

Users are advised to complete identity verification, close all positions, and submit withdrawal requests before August 26 at 05:00 UTC. BitMart plans to fully cease platform operations on January 31, 2027 at 15:59 UTC, after which users may access accounts to view history and submit withdrawals during a specified period. Withdrawal services remain operational, though some requests may undergo manual review due to KYC, security, or sanctions screening requirements.
