Bitmine Disclosed 5.39M ETH Holdings, $12.3B Total Crypto Assets on May 26

According to ChainCatcher, citing SEC filings, Bitmine (NYSE: BMNR) disclosed holdings of 5.39 million ETH (4.47% of total supply) on May 26, with combined crypto assets, cash, and strategic equity investments totaling approximately $12.3 billion. The company has staked 4.71 million ETH, generating an estimated annual yield of approximately $276 million at current rates.

Meanwhile, Strive (NASDAQ: ASST) increased BTC holdings by 1,109 coins to 16,500 coins during May 18-22, according to its Form 8-K filing. The company raised $6 million in cash to $93.3 million during the same period.
