Bitwise to Acquire Superstate's $267M Tokenized Crypto Carry Fund, Deal Closes June 1

Bitwise Asset Management and Superstate announced on May 8 that Bitwise will acquire investment management of Superstate Crypto Carry Fund (USCC), a tokenized spot arbitrage strategy fund with approximately $267 million in assets under management. The transaction is expected to close on June 1, with the fund to be renamed Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund while retaining its existing code, smart contracts, and token address. Bitwise will manage the portfolio, while Superstate continues operating on-chain infrastructure including tokenized issuance and digital transfer agent services. This marks Bitwise’s first tokenized fund offering.
