According to BlockBeats, BlackRock's BUIDL fund (USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund) reached approximately $2.93 billion in on-chain assets on July 14, marking a new record high and reflecting growing institutional demand for tokenized U.S. Treasury products.
BUIDL is now deployed across Ethereum, Avalanche, and Solana, with Securitize handling tokenization and BNY Mellon providing custody. Ethereum remains the largest deployment with over $1 billion locked; Avalanche has grown most rapidly, doubling to approximately $900 million in July; Solana holds over $550 million. The fund invests in U.S. Treasury securities, repurchase agreements, and cash equivalents, maintaining a $1 net asset value per share and offering 3%-5% annualized yields.
