According to a statement on Monday, Capital B, Europe's second-largest Bitcoin treasury company, approved a 10-for-1 reverse stock split set to take effect on Sept. 8. The consolidation will reduce shares from 300.7 million to approximately 30.1 million, with par value rising from 0.08 euros to 0.80 euros ($0.90) per share. The automatic conversion will not change the aggregate value of investors' holdings. Capital B said the move aims to broaden its institutional investor base and support its development strategy. The Euronext Growth Paris-listed company currently holds 3,139 Bitcoin.
