Cardano Core Components to Transfer to External Teams From August

According to Odaily, Input Output will transfer control of key Cardano blockchain components, including the Haskell node, Plutus platform, and Daedalus wallet, to external professional teams starting in August as part of a multi-year decentralization initiative.

Independent companies including Se7en Labs and Teragone will manage portions of the core infrastructure. At least three Cardano implementation versions will be maintained in Haskell, Rust, and Go languages, subject to community oversight and formal specification governance.
